RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is received. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@blessedapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are permitted only for size adjustments or for items determined to have significant factory defects. Customers must notify support@blessedapparel.com within (14) calendar days from the date the shipment is received. All other sales are final. Refunds will not be issued, and returns outside the scope of this Policy will not be honored.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blessedapparel.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic (USA) All domestic orders ship free via UPS. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks in total for processing and delivery.
International Flat-rate international shipping is available to 61 countries with local currency conversion at checkout. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of shipment, subject to potential customs delays. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees imposed by customs authorities. If customs charges remain unpaid and a shipment is returned, BLESSED APPAREL INC. will not issue a refund.
Personal Use Products may be purchased for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that your purchase is for personal use. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.
